Operating 24/7, the unit is equipped with advanced life-support systems, defibrillators, ventilators, and rapid response protocols. It specializes in stabilizing critical conditions such as cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, stroke, trauma, sepsis, and poisoning. Dr. A K Pandey and Dr. Tandeep Kripal lead the emergency team, ensuring timely interventions with clinical efficiency. The department’s multidisciplinary approach includes coordination with ICU, surgery, cardiology, and neurology teams to provide comprehensive acute care. Critical patients are closely monitored with round-the-clock support and family updates. The department also plays a key role in managing accident cases, shock, and post-operative complications.
